We do not have any physical retail outlets.
Our collections are available through our official website, verified online platforms, and trusted social-media channels.

For your safety, please make purchases or reach us only through our verified accounts — including our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook (if applicable), and official partner stores.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery timelines range from 5–10 business days within India.

• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Email once dispatched.

• Customers must ensure accurate address and contact details.

• Re-shipping charges apply for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete address.

• International shipping is available upon request, and charges vary depending on the destination and courier partner. 

Payment Policy

• Orders at AR Millers by KalpaEarth are confirmed once payment has been securely completed.

• We accept payments through UPI, debit and credit cards, Paytm, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

• Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Once payment is verified, your order will be carefully prepared and shipped.

• All product prices include applicable GST (5%) or (12%) accordingly, unless mentioned otherwise. 

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

(AR Millers by KalpaEarth)

Each product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.
Once shipped, AR Millers will not be responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused during transit by the courier service.
Please note that AR Millers does not offer replacements or refunds for courier-related damage, as such issues are handled directly by the courier company.

As a small-batch, independent fashion label, we follow a No Return, No Exchange, and No Cancellation policy once an order is placed.

In Case of Damage or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

• A complete unboxing video, and

• Clear photos showing the issue.

Claims without the required proof will not be eligible for review.

Verification Process

• Verification is based on the photos and unboxing video provided.

• If the defect or error is clearly visible and verified, we will offer a replacement of the same product (same design, color, and size).

• If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

• If the issue is unclear, the customer may be asked to return the product for inspection before a final decision is made.
  
  

Condition for Replacement

• Replacements are approved only for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

• Proof of the issue (unboxing video and photos) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products that appear used, washed, altered, or show signs of wear or damage after delivery (such as stains, stretching, or fading) are not eligible for replacement or refund.

• Products sent back without prior verification or approval will not be accepted.
  
  

Return Shipping

• If the issue is verified as a genuine error from our side — such as a wrong item (different design, color, or size than ordered) or a verified defect, AR Millers will arrange or reimburse the return shipping.

• If the claim is unclear, customers may be asked to return the item for inspection.

• If, after inspection, the claim is found invalid, the same product will be shipped back to the customer. In such cases, both to-and-fro courier charges will be borne by the customer.

• If the customer chooses not to have the item returned after inspection, AR Millers will not be responsible for storing or retaining the product beyond 7 days from the date of notification.
  
  

Replacement / Refund Processing

• Customers are required to return the approved item and share the courier tracking ID once dispatched.

• The replacement or refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by AR Millers.

• Items found used, altered, or inconsistent with the original claim will not qualify for replacement or refund, and the same item will be shipped back to the customer (shipping at customer’s cost).
  
  

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only when a verified defective or wrong item cannot be replaced with the same product, or if AR Millers cancels the order due to stock unavailability.

• In such cases, a full refund (including the product value and any applicable delivery charge) will be processed to the customer’s original payment method.

• Refunds are not applicable for invalid, unclear, or preference-based claims, or for products found used or altered after delivery.

• Product exchanges — for a different size, color, or design — are not permitted as per our policy.
